10th Annual Healthcare Decisions Day Spring Celebration

Come join us! Every year the Honoring Choices Partners & Friends celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day, April 16, with our statewide April- June Spring Celebration. Our collective goal is to ensure every adult has equal access to care planning tools to make a personal plan. We provide event ideas and tool kits to make it simple to host an informational event for your community group or work group. We’ll post your events on the 2023 April-June Events Calendar.

• Gather your group; we will provide the flyer, slide deck & tool kits.
  • Event ideas:  “Pizza & Proxy”; “Pastries in Proxy”: “Who’s Your Agent?”; or design your own.

• Support your staff and colleagues with a virtual training to confidently engage adults in planning conversations from simple to serious illness. Choose a webinar!
