Boston Public Library 2023 Webinar Series Helping All Adults Make a Plan!

Thank you to Sophie Leveque. Reference Librarian II, Health & Human Services Specialist, Boston Public Library, who generously co-hosted with Honoring Choices the 2022 Quarterly Consumer Virtual Webinar Series- “Now’s The Time. Make Your Own Care Plan”. This well attended series helps adults make their own personal plan using the free downloadable Getting Started Tool Kit. The live format allows for ample questions and consumer feedback to improve tools and address barriers to care.

The 2023 Consumer  Virtual Webinar Series is open to all library branches who are helping to offer printed copies of the tool kit locally. Consumers webinars are scheduled for  February 2, 2pm and April 12 Noon. Everyone is welcome!
