CONVERSATION SABBATH 2016

The Conversation Project, an Honoring Choices Partner, is once again hosting Conversation Sabbath on November 11-20. It’s a week long celebration to invite clergy in Greater Boston and beyond to “preach and teach” about the importance of having conversations with our families and friends about our wishes for care at the end of life.
