Honoring Choices is pleased to offer care professionals, community groups, clergy and lay leaders, health care professionals- ANYONE who engages adults and families in health care planning discussions, the Respecting Choices® First Steps ACP Facilitator Certification Course. Respecting Choices®, started in 1991 in La Crosse Wisconsin, is an internationally recognized evidence-based advance care planning program with proven results. Their educational systematic approach is considered the gold standard in advance care planning programs.

As trained Respecting Choices® First Steps Instructors, the Co-Directors of Honoring Choices are proud to offer the First Steps ACP Facilitator Certification Course here in Massachusetts on Saturday March 21, 2015. Honoring Choices will offer the course twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, to coordinate with other Respecting Choices courses offered in Wisconsin.
